Background: probably Friederike Korn, Emma Korn, and Henry Korn, but the women are hard for me to make out, and in my other pictures of Henry he was much older, so it's hard to be sure if it's him. In 1899 Mathilde was married and so is less likely to be on the picture than Emma. Friederike was 51, Wilhelm was 62, Emma was 21, and Henry was 25. Anna was 12, so clearly is not on this picture.
