I think this was from Ella F. Weber Keuck (1888-?) to Roland Charles Mann (1910-1986) and Ruth Anna Sonnemann Mann (1918-2004). If so, the Louise mentioned would have been Ella's daughter Louise Fredericka Keuck (1917-2006), though 1967 seems late for Louise to have been thinking about getting married.
